Past Commodores Trophy
click to enlarge Awarded annually to the member Yacht Club fostering the most participation in yacht racing on Barnegat Bay. presented in honor of the past commodores by the family of George M Nelson, commodore 1962-63
The award is based on the number of "Qualifiers" from each member club in the BBYRA Championship series. In the event of a tie, the number of registered boats from each club will be used to break the tie.
