Ensign Fleet - Fleet 63 Championship Winner
The annual Fleet Championship is awarded to the boat with the best finishes over the whole season. The BBYRA championship Series, Island Heights Summer Starter Regatta, Nelson Trophy, and Terhune Trophy comprise the races of the Championship series. These regattas are from June to September. This encourages boats to support the full racing season. The best 2/3 of these 24 races are counted. This allows a boat to miss some weeks for family vacation, the National Regatta, and Regional 1 Regatta without being penalized.
There are also a set of Crew Awards for the championship
