The following score codes are used on the 1988 reports
D = drop
S = DNS
M = Drop + DNS
F = DNF
N = Drop + DNF
A = DSQ
J = Drop + DSQ
B = 1/2 Penalty
K = Drop + 1/2 Penalty
C = 1/5 Penalty
L = Drop + 1/5 Penalty
X = Excused
