This trophy is currently contested in a race hosted by Island Heights seperate from the the BBYRA championship series. Originally it was for the second BBYRA hosting day at Island Heights.
The Cup is kept permanently at the IHYC club house, with a "keeper" trophy presented to the winner each year. The trophy originally had a 'Trophy Flag' that was presented along with the trophy.
